If you’re excited by this role, we encourage you to apply!The role We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager to own the local relationships with GoCardless’ largest partners, and help to drive growth and adoption of the GoCardless product. You’ll be working with an experienced Partnerships Leader, the local GTM team, and cross-functionally with a number of stakeholders including marketing and strategy. Together you’ll help to grow existing relationships and in some cases, forge new local alliances . You’ll be designing and executing strategies to grow partnerships including creating content, working with mutual clients, delivering marketing campaigns, and more. You’ll get to use a lot of different skills - analytics, creativity, project management, stakeholder wrangling and so much more.  What excites you  Making life easier for real businesses every day Enjoying working outside your own business and meeting new people Learning to influence without authority for great customer and GC outcomes Working with smart, talented people, from whom you can learn and grow Creating interesting and innovative ways to attract and educate customers Working with multiple stakeholders with different skillsets to get the best results Being able to test, learn, and grow processes, making them your own What excites us   Experience in designing and executing partner-led Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, from webinars and educational sessions to larger-scale events Practical knowledge of the accounting ecosystem, ideally through direct experience with platforms like Xero or in partnering with accountants and bookkeepers Confident communicator, adept at both presenting to external audiences (e.g. partners, practitioners) and articulating insights through clear internal reporting You take ownership - you can take a task and run with it, leading the way You’re keen to learn - there’s a lot of moving parts, and the more questions you ask, the better You take a considered approach - actions and choices should be backed by information You’re good with people - you’ll need to work with different departments, companies, and seniority levels both internally and externally, so communication skills and expectation management really helps You care about it - our work can make a real difference to businesses and the people involved Base salary range: AU$130,000-AU$140,000 + OTE Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (AU$130,000-AU$140,000 + OTE) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.The Good Stuff!
