The role This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join GoCardless in our new Lisbon hub as an Engineering Manager. As one of the founding employees in a Lisbon hub, you’ll be helping us build creative and fulfilled product engineering teams, technically leading them to become the best engineers they can be. You will lead talented and creative engineers who build products and systems they are proud of. You will push for exceptionally high-quality work and empower our engineers to make a big impact. If you’re excited by this role, we encourage you to apply.    Base salary range: €70,400 - €105,600 Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.  Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role.
