So that's where we need your help. We are looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager based in Europe, with experience in hiring global teams. We are committed to doing everything we can to make this mission a success, so that means wearing many hats, speaking up when you disagree with something and going the extra mile to help your team out.  What this job involves: Manage end-to end recruitment processes Source, attract and headhunt candidates Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial screening interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and the wider team Draft job descriptions and post roles on various platforms Manage pipelines and maintain recruitment databases (Greenhouse) Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the process Conduct reference checks Negotiate offers including salary, benefits, and stock options Maintain our ATS Greenhouse and local HR systems Assist with onboarding and employee orientation. Help with employee engagement and retention strategies. Manage HR records and documents. Provide support on HR policies and procedures. Sound like you? To apply, you need to be / have: 5+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity working with ATS  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
