In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving qualified meetings, coaching and developing a team of Business Development Representatives, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to refine our go-to-market strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our outbound efforts are targeted, data-driven, and aligned with company growth goals. This role reports directly to the VP of Business Development. This position is fully remote. What you will do: Track, analyze, and optimize team performance metrics using Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools. Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing BDRs to meet and exceed pipeline and meeting-generation goals. Provide ongoing feedback and career development for team members through regular 1:1s, training sessions, and performance reviews. What you will bring to the team: 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, including 1+ years in a leadership role. Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable using data to coach and drive performance. Proven track record of building and scaling outbound sales or BDR/SDR teams in a high-growth environment. Expertise with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo (or equivalent tools). Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or a complex B2B sales environment is a plus. Compensation Transparency: The base salary for this position is $105,000. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
