You'll manage a variety of tasks such as coordinating client and vendor on-site visits, organizing team events, and documenting new processes. You’ll also build strong internal relationships and proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and workflows. In this role you will: Support the Chief Technical Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Brokerage Officer with light calendar and travel coordination Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining department distribution lists, documenting processes, and organizing larger team meetings Collaborate effectively with immediate team members and internal partners to build strong working relationships Anticipate team needs by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency What you'll need: 2–5 years of office support experience, preferably in a tech environment Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn new software and technologies Strong command of English grammar and the ability to interpret data, charts, and numerical information Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong follow-through with the ability to take direction, capture notes, and work independently Reliable team player who can work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow Compensation: The salary range for this role will be $80,000 - $90,000 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL. We are not open to remote candidates for this role Hybrid: For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
