What You’ll Do Present finance, warranty, and protection products both remotely (phone/video) and in-person Run virtual and on-site F&I consultations with customers nationwide Structure and close financing deals through digital and in-store workflows Leverage a broad lender network to secure competitive approvals while managing lender relationships and end-to-end funding Deliver a high-trust, consultative buying experience — never high pressure Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state regulations Prepare, review, and finalize all digital and physical finance documents Educate customers on EV incentives and ownership economics Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Title teams to ensure smooth handoffs Maintain strong CSI and NPS scores Track penetration rates, gross profit, and close ratios across remote and in-store deals Qualifications & Fit 3–7+ years of automotive F&I experience Proven success closing deals both remotely and in a showroom environment Strong backend product performance history Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach, emphasizing transparency and sustainable customer outcomes Highly organized with strong compliance discipline Comfortable in high-volume, fast-moving environments Passion for EVs and digital retail Thrives in a team-player environment where success is measured by how we win together, not just individual results Technical Skills Experience with DMS platforms (Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, etc.) RouteOne, CUDL, lender portals Digital contracting & e-signature platforms Strong knowledge of DMV, titling, and compliance workflows Comfortable using CRM tools Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible / Unlimited PTO 401(k) plan Why Ever and this role?
