We are seeking a Group Engineering Lead to manage and lead the multidisciplinary teams propelling our product to new heights. You will lead a diverse group of back-end, front-end, and full-stack developers, data scientists, and QA engineers. In this role, you’ll balance high-level planning with a hands-on commitment to mentoring your team leads and maintaining engineering excellence. We are looking for a self driven leader who is execution-oriented, someone who can translate a product roadmap into high-performance engineering reality while fostering a culture of ownership.  Who are you? Strategic Leadership & Execution Drive Impact: Lead with a strong sense of ownership and a "get-it-done" mindset. You’ll be responsible for executing complex plans and pushing the boundaries of what our platform and teams can achieve. You'll foster a "builder" mindset where teams feel deep accountability for the end-to-end impact of their code. Roadmap Partnership: Collaborate with Product and R&D stakeholders to define the engineering strategy and translate business objectives into high-impact technical roadmaps. Empowerment: Develop and mentor Team Leads and individual contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, execution and delivery, career growth, and innovation. Lead by Example: Bring a positive, "get-it-done" energy that inspires your team to solve complex problems together. Engineering Excellence Set the Standard: Implement best practices in software architecture, performance, and scalability. You ensure our solutions are not just functional, but maintainable and robust. Operational Rigor: Oversee the reliability of our large-scale SaaS environment, implementing smart monitoring and incident management to ensure our clinicians always have the tools they need. Optimize Performance: Establish and track engineering KPIs to measure team health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful? Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, including direct management of Team Leads. Technical Depth: 10+ years in software engineering with expertise across the stack (Front-end, Back-end, Databases, and Cloud). Mission Alignment: A genuine desire to use your engineering talents to make a positive impact on behavioral health. Strategic Execution: A track record of delivering high-quality software on time, navigating ambiguity with a results-oriented mindset. Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build bridges across the organization.
