At Arionkoder, our Innovation Team is searching for a Solution Architect who thrives on pushing boundaries and sharing their journey through impactful communication. What You’ll Do Design and implement architecture: Design end-to-end technical architectures for engineering solutions that are modular, scalable, and easy to iterate on. Responsible across the innovation lifecycle from ideation, - prototyping, to deployment of the technical architecture of AI solutions. Engage with client: Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to uncover client challenges and AI opportunities. Lead discovery sessions to translate complex needs into actionable solution designs. Present tailored proposals: demos, and proof‑of‑concepts that highlight business value and scalability. Build trust through technical credibility: clear communication, and a consultative approach that fosters long‑term partnerships. Define system components: Model layer, embedding logic, storage, orchestration, and observability, among others. Security & DevOps: Review with the security and DevOps team the technical definitions inside the proposed architecture Lead technical discovery alongside our AI Director and CTO, with the help of software developers. Experiment and Build: Rapidly prototype and iterate on backend solutions, creating POCs to explore new ideas and validate use cases. Collaborate Creatively: Partner with developers, ML engineers, and domain experts to design and deliver innovative solutions. Integrate Thoughtfully: Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems, optimizing their performance for scalable, real-world applications. Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical guidance and accurate estimations. Optimize and Secure: Build scalable, secure systems using AWS services and adhere to industry best practices. Build core services and APIs using Python, LangChain, FastAPI, and related tools. Ensure clean, maintainable code and efficient integration of ML/data pipelines. Mentor and Lead: Guide team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation. What We’re Looking For - Highly seasoned solution architect with 5+ years of experience and familiarity with AI solutions architecture. - Curiosity and Passion: You’re eager to explore emerging backend technologies and stay ahead of the curve. - Experimental Mindset: You are comfortable testing, iterating, and learning from feedback in fast iteration cycles. - Hands-On Problem-Solver: You’re driven to create, prototype, and refine solutions quickly, learning from successes and failures alike. - Estimations - Great Communicator: You excel at making technical ideas accessible, inspiring your team and the broader organization. - Team-Oriented Mindset: You succeed in multidisciplinary teams and believe innovation is strongest when perspectives combine. - Technical Expertise: . High proficiency in Python and backend development. . Enterprise Architecture mindset with a breadth of cross-functional domains and technologies/skillset. . Sound knowledge in Architectural Patterns, best practices, security, and Non-Functional Requirements . Strong experience with AWS and/or Cloud services. . Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into backend systems. . Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines. . Experience with security and safety standards in software engineering . Knowledge of microservices using Kubernetes, Docker or similar tech . Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK. - Extra skills that can make you stand out: . Familiarity with conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or ML-based predictive models is nice to have. . Exposure to event-driven architectures and message queues (e.g., SQS, SNS, Kafka). . Understanding of database optimization and performance tuning for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
