At Via we employ hundreds of drivers across our mobility services in Europe.  As an HR Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us implement and execute scalable HR processes to support those employees. This is an opportunity to gain a comprehensive introduction to HR operations as part of a growing team at the forefront of the mobility industry. What You'll Do: Provide timely email support to employees on a variety of HR topics Issue various employer certificates and keep our HR database up to date Contribute to HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits Ensure that our drivers feel supported and help resolve their questions or concerns by optimizing systems and collaborating across teams Who You Are: Minimum of 1+ year of work experience in HR operations, customer service, operations, or a similar role You speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2) You are a good communicator who can find right tone for different stakeholders You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with modern IT tools, always seeking ways to gain efficiency.  Compensation and Benefits: Possibility to work 100% work from home, as long as you’re based in Germany.
