These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace. What You’ll Do The Director, Distribution Operations – Americas is a key operational leader responsible for managing and optimizing our regional 3PL distribution and warehousing network across all sales channels  including Wholesale, Amazon, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). This role requires deep expertise in 3PL management, contracting, and partnership optimization to ensure best-in-class service, scalability, and cost efficiency.  The Director will oversee daily distribution execution, drive continuous improvement across a multi-DC network, and act as the primary liaison with 3PL partners to ensure flawless service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic value creation. Location RequirementThis role must be based near the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area or the Hershey/Mechanicsburg, PA area to effectively support and oversee our regional 3PL distribution operations. Regular onsite presence at partner facilities is required. What You’ll Be Working On 3PL Management & Contracting  Serve as the primary leader for all 3PL relationships across the Americas, overseeing performance, commercial agreements, and strategic alignment with company goals.• Lead 3PL contract management  including negotiations, renewals, and performance-based incentive structures  ensuring optimal service levels and cost outcomes.• Develop and enforce robust governance routines, SLAs, and KPIs to measure fulfillment accuracy, speed, cost-to-serve, and customer experience. • Drive joint business planning with 3PL partners focused on innovation, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. • Act as the key escalation point for operational or commercial issues within the 3PL network.  Distribution Network Operations  Manage day-to-day operations across multiple distribution centers, ensuring reliable and efficient fulfillment across all channels.• Oversee network capacity, throughput, and efficiency to support growth, peak seasons, and new channel expansion.• Lead efforts to optimize warehouse layouts, order processing, and transportation interfaces in collaboration with 3PL partners. • Ensure all sites adhere to company standards for quality, safety, compliance, and brand protection.  Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement  Implement process and system improvements to enhance service levels, productivity, and cost efficiency across the 3PL network.• Leverage analytics and performance dashboards to drive decision-making and transparency.• Partner with global supply chain and IT teams to deploy new tools, automation, and technologies that enhance visibility and scalability. • Identify and execute initiatives that reduce cost-to-serve while improving customer experience.  Cross-Functional Collaboration  Partner with Inventory Management, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment between distribution capabilities and business needs.• Provide proactive communication on fulfillment performance, capacity constraints, and service risks.• Support commercial teams with strategic insights on network capability and 3PL performance.  Team & Leadership  Lead and develop a regional team responsible for distribution operations and 3PL performance management.• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.• Mentor team members to enhance analytical, operational, and leadership skills.  Must Haves  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in distribution and logistics operations with a strong focus on 3PL management, contracting, and performance optimization. Proven ability to lead multi-DC distribution networks and 3PL partnerships in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong negotiation and contract management skills with demonstrated success improving service and cost outcomes through 3PL relationships. Expertise in fulfillment operations across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels.  Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or retail industries preferred. #LI-HybridSalary Range$165,000 - $180,000 USDWhy Sol de Janeiro?
