We care deeply about delivering the best solutions for our customers. As a member of the Kargo team, you will play a pivotal role in fueling our growth. Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Commercial Team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and nurture potential leads, ensuring a robust pipeline. Responsibilities Owning content strategy and telling the Kargo story, engaging our audience and scaling the way Kargo connects with the world across channels (e.g. email, social, website, blogs, and content-driven campaigns). Manage the full lifecycle of content distribution from concept and copywriting, to scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization. Create a variety of high quality content: case studies, SEO posts, sales collateral, presentation decks, webinar decks/scripts, blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, event and webinar copy, and more. Capture customer success stories highlighting the impact of their partnership with Kargo. Maintain a library of up-to-date materials (one-pagers, email templates, ad copy, pitch decks, etc) to support sales and marketing. Track, test, iterate and optimize campaign messaging based on performance and feedback. Experience 1+ years experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related experience. Excellent writing and storytelling skills: able to make complex ideas simple and compelling. Ability to think creatively and bring out of the box ideas. Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business or other equivalent experience.
