About the Role We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage a strategic, cross-functional program focused on implementing technology, environments, and related processes and automations to support various business areas at Veeam. What You’ll Do Work with business leadership to define and communicate the program objectives Solidify the scope of each associated project and identify all impacted workstreams Clearly define and build both the program/project schedule and work breakdown structure Create the appropriate reports to effectively evaluate the ongoing status/health of the program and associated projects  Communicates decisions, priorities, and relevant program information to various levels of stakeholders   Coordinate functional technical teams in their efforts to meet program objectives, resolve the blockers, and keep focus on value delivery   Ensure proper rollout of the tools and processes to the business users adhering to the best practices of change management   Ensure the appropriate documentation is created and maintained  Ultimately ensure the successful completion of the program outcomes and measure results of the predefined goals and KPIs  What You’ll Bring Strong understanding of system architecture, software design principles, and how components interact Expertise in product development lifecycle, software deployment, and integration Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance tools Ability to analyze relational data and interpret technical business requirements Experience creating process flow diagrams and identifying project risks with mitigation strategies Deep understanding of business processes across units like sales, marketing, finance, and quote-to-cash lifecycle Experience with corporate platforms such as CRM (SFDC), Marketing Automation (Marketo), ERP (Netsuite), Integrations, Purchasing (Coupa), Service (ServiceNow) Experience with BI tools like Tableau Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com Experience with vendor relationships and management    Bonus Skills Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred Relevant experience in IT and business applications program management, ideally in a technology company Certifications: PMP, Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to focus on high-level goals while solving complex challenges What You’ll Get  21 annual vacation days, additional days based on tenure, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares Private health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, including outpatient care, hospitalization, pregnancy monitoring, and psychology support Monthly lifestyle and daily meal benefits: 40 RON/day via Edenred and 600 RON/month through a flexible cafeteria platform Life insurance (2× annual gross salary), critical illness, and disability coverage, plus vision reimbursement Free access to Bookster library platform for borrowing your favorite books for free Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning Please note: If an applicant is permanently located outside of Romania, Veeam reserves the right to decline the application for this position. #LI-AS6 #LI-REMOTE     Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
