About the Role Als Senior Partner Manager (m/w/d) bist du bei diesem Partner bundesweit für den Aus- und Aufbau der Partnerschaft verantwortlich. Die Partnerschaft beginnt auf C-Level und wird bis in die operativen Bereiche fortgeführt. Du erhältst in allen Segmenten Unterstützung aus dem Veeam Team, lokal wie global. Dein Fokus liegt auf dem deutschen Geschäftsfeld, jedoch im engen Austausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus Österreich, der Schweiz sowie aus EMEA, um globale Ziele mit diesem Partner zu erreichen. Gemeinsame Kundensegmente finden sich im Enterprise Segment, vorrangig im Bereich Microsoft, AWS und Broadcom – ein fundiertes Wissen in diesen Bereichen bringst du mit.  Das Ausarbeiten von gemeinsamen Strategien zur Nutzung von z.B. VDC, Securiti AI, Managed Service ist zentraler Bestandteil der Aufgabe. Du bist der Brückenbauer:in zwischen dem Veeam Sales und dem Partner Sales – ein eigener, starker Wille zum Projektabschluss ist notwendig für den gemeinsamen Erfolg. Du erarbeitest verbindliche Business Pläne mit dem Partner und gehst gemeinsam mit allen notwendigen Ressourcen in die Umsetzung.  Ein Umgang mit Matrixorganisationen sollte dir vertraut sein, komplexe Netzwerke und Abhängigkeiten sind keine Herausforderung für dich. Du hast in dieser Position Umsatzverantwortung und die notwendige Gestaltungsfreiheit, diese zu erreichen – Activity, Discipline und Ownership sind für dich gelebte Werte.  What You’ll Do Führung eines strategisch wichtigen Channel Partners in Deutschland   Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Geschäftsplans und strategischer Ziele Platzierung und Ausbau von strategischen Veeam Produkten innerhalb der Partnerlösungen  Gewinnung von Kunden im Enterprise Segment gemeinsam mit dem Partner  Orchestrierung von Veeam Ressourcen zur optimalen Betreuung des Partners  Führung auf C-Level, administrativen Ebenen bis hin zur operativen Abwicklungen – du bist eingebunden in den vollständigen Wachstumsprozess und trägst die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung in allen Bereichen  What You’ll Bring Nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Managen von komplexen Partnerstrukturen  Software Enterprise Business in den Bereichen Microsoft, AWS sowie Broadcom sind dir eng vertraut  Du hast Erfahrungen im Direct Touch Sales, kannst die Erwartungshaltung von großen Endkunden nachvollziehen, um darauf aufzubauen  Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse   Erstellung und Umsetzung von Business Plänen innerhalb komplexer Matrixorganisationen ist dir vertraut  Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast ein Talent, dir ein belastbares Netzwerk zu schaffen um gemeinsame, nachweisliche Ziele zu erreichen  What You’ll Get  30 bezahlte Urlaubstage plus 4 zusätzliche globale VeeaMe-Tage für Self-Care und 24 bezahlte Volunteering-Stunden pro Jahr über unser "Veeam Cares" Programm.
