About the role This position will be responsible for creation, delivery and support of training programs and initiatives to educate and enable designated sales teams. Reporting directly to the EMEA Director of Sales Acceleration, the person in this role will play an integral part in the roll-out of sales processes and methodology, sales enablement, productivity tools and messaging awareness, coaching/mentoring, and continuing education leveraging learning/development best practices and performance consulting strategies. You will work closely with key Sales stakeholders across our business and team members.    What You’ll Do Adapt or create training modules which address specific sales skills, product knowledge, sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and sales management skills creating project teams engaging and utilizing experts, and other roles (Product Marketing, Operations) within our business.  Participate and contribute in all T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions as required and complete all necessary sales & training certifications in a timely manner.   Lead, develop and execute training plans; providing summary reports of all training delivered and track performance metrics using Philips ROI model.  Evaluate performance based on pre-defined metrics and provide consultation to Sales stakeholders on recommended solutions.  Evaluate existing training programs when required, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of sales development.   Collaborate with Field Marketing, Operations, Product Marketing, and other Sales stakeholders to ensure training content is aligned with company objectives, solutions, and geo focused requirements.  Provide 1:1 coaching to sellers to support performance when required.  Conduct trainings both in person and via online platforms.   Adopt, deliver, coordinate, and track training programs for current employees.  Perform any other activities as required by the Director of EMEA Sales Acceleration.    What You’ll Bring Strong sales background with hands-on experience in sales roles across Enterprise/Commercial/Channel.  Understanding & experience of sales methodologies and their adaptation into a sales environment.  Sales Management experience.  Strong facilitation & coaching experience.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proven record of driving programs and projects independently with success.  Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.  Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly.  Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.  Experience with collaboration tools e.g. MS Teams, WebEx.  Veeam portfolio knowledge is a plus.  Able to travel as needed (up to 30%).   What You’ll Get 21 annual vacation days, additional days based on tenure, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares Private health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, including outpatient care, hospitalization, pregnancy monitoring, and psychology support Monthly lifestyle and daily meal benefits: 40 RON/day via Edenred and 600 RON/month through a flexible cafeteria platform Life insurance (2× annual gross salary), critical illness, and disability coverage, plus vision reimbursement Free access to Bookster library platform for borrowing your favorite books for free Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning   #LI-CT1 Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
