JOB PURPOSE As a Junior Project Manager at DEPT®, you will manage our social projects with close supervision, gradually building your expertise in project management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, all while learning from senior colleagues. WHAT YOU’LL DO Guide and shape new social media projects, together with our specialized teams. You work closely with the project managers on joint digital work streams and report to the project management lead. You will support the project team in planning, organizing and implementing various campaigns, from a client request to the final project reporting and retrospective.   You will always keep an eye on the progress of the project including timing, budget and the quality of the work. You will work closely with our Client Service department (Account Management and Strategy department) as well as with our expert teams as Creative, Design, Influencer Relations, Social Media, Paid Media. You are the right person for us if you keep a cool head even in stressful situations and convince with your organizational skills. WHAT YOU BRING Already have first experience in planning, managing and controlling projects, especially in the field of Social Media. Are confident and self-structured even under time pressure and always keep an overview of all tasks and timings within a project. You communicate with your project team and leads on a regular basis and keep everyone informed about the progress of the project. You address challenges openly. You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner. You are motivated to learn and develop further. You see potential for optimization of processes and contribute your ideas proactively. Already have first experiences in agile project management methods and project management tools (e.g. Jira). Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration in an international setup and a fast-paced environment.
