JOB PURPOSE This role is part of our Creative team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients. Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help a massive automotive brand become even more massive, basically. You, alongside your senior, midlevel and junior colleagues, will be responsible for our client’s entire range of social channels. This role will involve content planning, content creation (still and motion), copywriting, publication and channel maintenance. The channel language is English so near native level is required. German would be an advantage. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Content Planning & Campaign Management: Taking over ongoing campaigns, accounts, and content plans to ensure smooth operations Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans Create, plan and publish based on briefings while remaining flexible for unplanned topics Copywriting & Asset Creation: Write engaging copy in English tailored to different target audiences Edit assets as needed, but usually creating design briefs for our designers Write briefs for content creators / CGC and review their work Adapting client material to fit different social channels  Adapting long form to short form video  Production Produce social content (Focus: YouTube) Oversee pre- & post production of short and long form video WHAT YOU BRING: Proven experience in organic social media management and asset creation (show us what you’re proud of!) Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) Presentation skills Familiarity with social media management tools Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling captions & headlines Strong organizational skills, even if managing multiple projects simultaneously Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends and a can do attitude If you are passionate about social media and have the expertise to drive engagement for our clients, we want to hear from you.
