The future of data resilience is here - go fearlessly forward with us.   About The Role:  As an Associate Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of renewals sales representatives, driving them to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional results. You will coach and develop your team, manage daily sales operations, and ensure objectives are achieved through effective performance management and strategic collaboration. Working closely with field sales and other departments, you will handle escalations, optimize sales processes, and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment. Your leadership will be key in elevating team success, improving departmental outcomes, and upholding our core company values.
