We are searching for a curious, full of energy, motivated Project Coordinator!The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and eager to grow their project management and research skills within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will: Act as a liaison between management and individual team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication Maintain close working relationships across all team members and functions Coordinate, prioritize, and track day-to-day tasks, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met Serve as an intermediary between clients and internal staff, independently handling routine requests and questions Organize and lead meetings to discuss ongoing issues, follow up on action items, and keep communication flowing Provide administrative and operational support while proactively identifying gaps and improvement areas Take ownership of operational decisions within your scope, making independent decisions on day-to-day matters and escalating when needed Be a vital part of internal decision-making by providing input, recommendations, and structured information to management Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a coordination, operations of creative/design teams Advanced level of English (written and spoken) Direct, organized, proactive, and accessible communication style Ability to make independent decisions within defined responsibilities Administrative or managerial experience is an advantage Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office tools Experience with Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus We offer: Stable work in a large Internet marketing company Professional development Competitive compensation in USD Friendly, fast-growing team Paid vacation and sick leave Reduced Fridays during summer.
