This role requires architecting robust automation strategies that integrate seamlessly into modern CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities Automation Design & Development: Translate requirements into comprehensive test plans and develop maintainable automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD). Full-Stack Testing: Design and execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration tests across web, mobile, and API layers. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and REST Assured. CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to support continuous delivery. Quality Advocacy: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, providing technical insights and ensuring end-to-end traceability of defects (JIRA, Zephyr). Qualifications Experience: 6+ years in manual and automation testing across web, API, and mobile platforms. Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on test scripting proficiency in Java or JavaScript. Tool Expertise: Proven experience with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, and REST API testing. Foundational Knowledge: Deep understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices. System Skills: Competency with version control (Git), build automation (Maven), and familiarity with backend testing and SQL. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related or equivalent work experience required.    66degrees is an Equal Opportunity employer.
