Build the revenue plan with the Head of Finance and CRO, then implement it through territories, commissions, and sales alignment. Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and full-funnel visibility to catch and fix issues before they impact results. Manage Hubspot/powerBI architecture, data integrity, and integrations across the GTM stack. Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team covering systems, analytics, and enablement. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive scale and operational excellence. Collaborate with the executive team to provide key insights that can take the company to 10x current ARR. Experience in lead generation initiatives to increase outbound efficiency Requirements 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, or GTM Strategy, including 2+ years in leadership. Proven success building and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth B2B SaaS environments targeting small and medium size customers. Past experience in management consulting is a major plus Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to spot errors, follow processes precisely, and maintain accuracy in high-volume or regulated work. Deep knowledge of Hubspot, forecasting, reporting, and territory design. Experience managing GTM tools and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
