As a Senior Integrated Designer, you'll be a key member of a newly-formed, multi-skilled creative team, collaborating with creative and strategic professionals to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences. You'll lead design projects from concept to completion, focusing on innovative visual solutions for B2B communications while utilizing cutting-edge tools and agile processes. What you will be doing: Lead and oversee design projects from concept through to completion, focusing on innovative visual solutions for B2B communications Take ownership of complex briefs, questioning and fully understanding requirements to visually communicate marketing messages  Conceptualise and guide the development of tailored visual solutions that effectively communicate client messages Produce striking presentations and digital documents with a continual drive to refine and develop advanced design skills Create sophisticated PowerPoint presentations, including advanced style and master template creation • Implement original graphic design solutions with meticulous attention to detail while strategically managing client deliveries and project timelines Foster effective working relationships and mentor junior designers within the team Collaborate across the creative team to achieve exceptional results and inspire innovation Take responsibility for project oversight and efficient workload management Merge imagery and copy into captivating presentations and collateral using advanced design techniques What you need to be great in this role: Extensive experience as a design professional who excels in fast-paced environments with a strategic mindset Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding teams through complex design briefs Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint Expertise in creating sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and advanced template creation Strong understanding of layout, typography, and innovative design principles Experience in B2B communications and marketing message development Team-oriented mindset with ability to foster collaboration within creative environments Conscientious and reliable approach with proven project management capabilities Abundant energy and proactive attitude with enthusiasm for pushing creative boundaries Meticulous attention to detail combined with strategic thinking for client deliveries • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members Req ID: 15537Our values shape everything we do:  Be Ambitious to succeed    Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible    Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work    Be always learning and listening to understand    Be Results-focused  to exceed expectations    Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations     OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
