You’ll jump into high-impact client projects, helping post-product market fit digital-first companies tackle strategic and executional challenges. Our clients include category leaders and companies navigating growth, innovation, or transformation. Solve problems for clients and for Product People.You’ll prioritize, zoom in and out, and make a real impact. You bring clarity to chaos and orchestrate seamless execution. You’ll manage discovery and delivery for three streams at once, internally and externally. You're comfortable with both strategy and hands-on, unglamorous work—and you know when to go deep or stay broad. Work with strong personalities and diverse teams.You adapt to communication styles and integrate quickly, feeling like part of the team within days, not weeks. People enjoy working with you, even when you push back. You're approachable, constructive, and always professional, even when challenging unrealistic demands. Craft and communicate compelling product narratives.For every feature or capability, you can answer:• What job/problem does this solve?• For whom?• How big is the market/problem?• What does success look like?• Why does solving this matter?• You’ll share and help shape strategic context with clients’ CPOs, VPs, Directors, or Heads of Product. Coach the next generation of PMs.You’ll train, mentor, and delegate to help junior colleagues build their skills. Depending on your tenure and the project, you may manage 1–6 people and work closely with 2–3 colleagues daily. We use the teaching hospital model: observe, try with support, then teach others. Rinse and repeat.Every 3–6 months, you’ll join a new mission, with a new client, new domain, new product, or new initiative. You’ll continue sharpening your craft while contributing to internal initiatives that help shape Product People’s future. 🧠 About You You Fix the Mess (and Kind of Love It). Whether it’s retention, expansion, or efficiency, you know how to chase the outcome, measure it, and ship value without gold-plating the roadmap. 💸 Compensation & Perks Based on the location of tax residence and level. The exact level is defined based on the skills and knowledge demonstrated within the hiring process, which includes unbiased blind review. A 5% increase after 12 months and a 10% increase after 24 months of tenure. Resets and restarts when promoted to the next level. Uncapped bonuses (quarterly).We usually pay ~€25,000/quarter in bonuses to team members. These are transparently shared across our organization. (e.g., €3,000 employee referral, €1,000 client expansion, €1,000 when a client returns, etc.). To be eligible the team member must be at Product People at the end of the quarter, and not pending an exit (resignation, termination, counsel to leave). Profit participation (yearly). In March, we split a % of last year’s profit between all eligible employees 12+ months of tenure at the time of the payout and not pending an exit (resignation, termination, counsel to leave). Your compensation changes when your title and level change. This is not the case with other companies (e.g., someone promotes, but they don’t earn more money afterward). Moreover, we offer tenure raises that are independent of levels and promotions. Paid sabbatical accrued every 3 years*. You get a paid month off every 3 years, on top of your regular holiday allowance. Take unpaid leave anytime; we’ll cover your health insurance. [Optional] 4-day work week*. Our default is a 5-day workweek, you can opt in and out of a 4-day workweek with at least one month's notice to minimize the impact on the team’s workload. The compensation impact is 80% of the salary in years 1-2, 85% of the salary in years 3, and 90% of the salary in years 4+. Remote working. We work distributed first. We recommend setting up a dedicated workspace for which you can choose to expense a MacBook, external monitor, ring light, room divider, and plants. As it can sometimes get lonely, consider that you’ll need to proactively schedule in-person meetings, sports, or other activities that provide a good cutoff and help you recharge after work.
