Fluency in Marathi is required, along with demonstrated expertise in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) through teaching, research, or applied practice. Experience in translation, bilingual education, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail are essential.
