You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools, evaluate and refine outputs, and provide expert feedback on complex STEM concepts, problem-solving approaches, and terminology in both English and Chinese to strengthen model performance. On a typical day, you will review and annotate AI-generated content, assess responses for technical accuracy and clarity, identify and document error patterns, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and domain-specific guidelines. Fluency in Chinese is required, along with demonstrated expertise in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) through teaching, research, or applied practice. Experience in translation, bilingual education, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail are essential.
