You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like contextual interpretation, tone and meaning, dialectical distinctions, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuance—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. On a typical day, you will converse with the model in Quechua across a wide range of topics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. A Master's degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or a related field is ideal; professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work signals fit.
