Opportunity Overview: We are seeking an Information System Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be part of the day-to-day frontline that provides, supports and maintains the availability of services and infrastructure within the company’s corporate environment. You are responsible for learning, maintaining, and documenting information pertaining to systems, software, applications, and processes used across the organization. All internal support requests are your responsibility to respond to or escalate to Systems Administrators, as necessary. What you’ll do: Work within company’s established standards, procedures and guidelines in delivering service to staff Fulfill service requests in a highly customer-service oriented manner Monitor, respond to, and escalate service issues in a timely manner Follow proper ticketing procedures and best practices Improve existing and develop new documentation for systems and services Participate in training to develop and maintain knowledge in existing and new technologies Assist with inventory management and asset tracking Support Systems Administrators with day-to-day activities and projects Work with Project Managers to provide technical knowledge and assistance Provide assistance in onboarding new employees Work cross functionally with all departments to assist with IT issues as well as build out systems functionality Partner closely with the IT team to help in migration from Microsoft to Google suite. Communicate complex technical solutions to all levels of management Process onboarding and offboarding of users to various systems, streamlining and documenting existing workflows. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years Mac & PC desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment [university or professional] Demonstrated expertise in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise wireless devices, including iOS and Android platforms, and effectively resolving critical system issues Proficient in troubleshooting, configuration, and setup of Mac systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability, including support services such as Jamf   Working Knowledge in Google Workspace, Mac environments, Fortigate Firewall, and Cisco switches, Zoom, AWS, JIRA, Confluence Experience working with ticketing systems and managing security-related incidents in alignment with organizational policies Comprehensive understanding of networking technologies, configurations, and security best practices.  Working knowledge of VOIP concepts Ability to work with ticketing systems and manage security related incidents Ability to commute/relocate: Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Interview Process*: Connect with the TA partner for a Preliminary Phone Screening Hiring Manager interview Behavioral Interview(s) Interview with Senior Leadership   *Subject to change   About ZignaAI, a Cohere Health Company:   Cohere Health’s clinical intelligence platform delivers AI-powered solutions that streamline access to quality care by improving payer-provider collaboration, cost containment, and healthcare economics.
