For more information visit cultureamp.com.As part of this team of amazing humans, you will support data informed decision-making across Culture Amp but mostly the People function and, with a primary focus on partnering with the Reward team and additional support for People Operations. The role is also responsible for identifying, developing and embedding AI-enabled process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency, insight and scalability across People processes. You will  People Analytics & Insights Deliver high-quality people data, reporting and insights to support Reward, People Operations and broader People initiatives. Support the Reward team with remuneration, incentive, benchmarking and workforce analytics, ensuring accuracy, governance and consistency of data. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical models to track key people metrics, trends and risks. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, including senior leaders. Reward & People Operations Support Partner closely with the Reward team to support annual and cyclical activities (e.g. remuneration reviews, incentive modelling, benchmarking, compliance reporting). Provide analytical support to People Operations, including workforce data, employee lifecycle reporting and operational metrics. Ensure data integrity across HR systems and contribute to improvements in data quality, definitions and controls. AI, Automation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve People processes, reporting and decision-making. Work with People teams and relevant technology partners to design, test and implement AI-enabled solutions (e.g. automated reporting, insights generation, process optimisation). Support change management and adoption of new tools, ensuring solutions are practical, compliant and user-centric. Stay informed on emerging AI and analytics trends relevant to HR and Reward, and proactively recommend improvements. Collaboration & Governance Work collaboratively with the Lead People Analyst to prioritise work, align to standards and uplift analytics capability across the function. Contribute to people data governance, documentation and best practice. Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required across the People team. You have  Experience in Data Analytics: preferably People Analytics, HR Analytics, Reward Analytics or similar analytical role. Strong analytical capability, including experience working with large and complex datasets. Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting tools and business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel,  Looker, SQL or similar). Experience partnering with People function or HR,  specifically Reward or People Operations teams. Experience working with HRIS and other people data systems like ATS or similar. Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. You are Curious and forward-thinking, with a strong interest in AI and innovation. Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy. Collaborative and stakeholder-focused.
