You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like Six Sigma, Kaizen, GMP, ISO standards, preventive maintenance, materials handling, CNC and robotics, OEE, and production scheduling—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. On a typical day, you will converse with the model in both English and French on real-world manufacturing scenarios and technical questions, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. A master’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a closely related field is ideal; professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP), fluency in French, and hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments signal fit.
