There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position. Compensation Range: Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr. This role: As a CORE Quality Engineering Intern at SharkNinja, you will support the CORE team in ensuring the highest standards for product performance and customer satisfaction. This role provides hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing, and products within a dynamic product development environment.  Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: Assist in evaluating consumer field returns for performance, durability, and compliance. Collect and analyze data from star reviews and call center data to identify trends and potential quality issues. Support root cause analysis and problem-solving for product defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing, to improve product quality. Document results and create reports to support decision-making on Sharepoint and JIRA. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and quality control processes.  ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master’s program Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with quality testing methods and tools is a plus.
