This is a hands-on role. You’ll partner closely with People & Culture, leaders, and teams to help run engaging learning experiences, performance and talent routines, and culture activation moments across markets. We're especially interested in candidates with experience using human centered design experience in the people space—such as marketing, product, experience design, or behavioral science—who can bring new thinking and creativity to how people develop at work. What You'll Do Support the design and delivery of talent, learning, and cultural activation programs across EMEA.  Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed leadership, performance, and culture routines across the region. Support leaders and teams to build high performance, strong feedback practices, and healthy team dynamics. Apply insights from marketing, product, or behavioral science to increase adoption and engagement—launching programs people want to use. Support with coordination of team efforts and priority initiatives. Use data to measure impact and continuously improve programs. Support the ongoing development of our Outrageously Extraordinary culture through rituals, experiences, storytelling, and leadership role-modelling. What You’ll Bring Experience designing or delivering learning, leadership, culture, or performance programs. Familiarity with human-centered or behavioral approaches to designing experiences (e.g., behavioral science, product thinking, experience design, marketing). Strong facilitation and communication skills—you’re confident in a room and can drive engagement. Ability to work across multiple countries, cultures, and stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things move quickly and experimentation is encouraged. Strong content creation and program execution skills. Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong internal relationships.   Our Culture At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.  Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of.
