You’ll be working closely with the management accounting team, supporting month-end reporting, variance analysis, and providing valuable insights to help shape decision-making and drive future strategies. Your ability to take ownership of processes, combined with your passion for financial accuracy, will play a critical role in ensuring SharkNinja’s continued growth.  Month-End Support: Assist in the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.  Variance Analysis: Assist in analysing financial data, identify trends, and provide insight on any significant variances to budget or forecast.  Operational Analysis: Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance profitability through inventory management, delivery & distribution strategies, and operational efficiency.  Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Assist with the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.  Process Improvement: Help identify areas for process improvement within accounting systems and reporting processes.  Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and support for key business projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional teams.  Who You Are  Analytical Thinker: You are a natural problem-solver who loves working with numbers and uncovering insights.  Detail-Oriented: You understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do.  Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment, working alongside colleagues across departments to achieve common goals.  Proactive & Adaptable: In a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you are adaptable and ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities.  Passionate: You're excited about finance and passionate about contributing to the company's success.  Skills & Experience  Education: Looking to start or recently started a financial qualification such as ACCA/CIMA.  Experience: Preferably a previous experience in a management accounting role, with some exposure to month-end processes, variance analysis, and financial reporting.  Excel Proficiency: comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.  Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.  Organised: You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.  #LI-HYBRID   Our Culture At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.  Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of.
