Joining our Deductions team within Transactional Finance, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy, organisation, and a positive attitude are key. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone keen to learn and grow in this area. Supporting the processing of customer deductions from start to finish for your allocated regions Assisting with the investigation and resolution of deductions, following agreed processes Logging, tracking, and updating deduction and dispute information accurately Liaising with internal teams to gather information and support resolution Producing regular reports and summaries on deductions activity Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet shared deadlines Skills and attributes we’re looking for A strong interest in starting a career in finance, accounting, or business operations High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, or a willingness to learn quickly Clear communication skills and a professional approach A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn #LI-HYBRID Our Culture At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.  Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of.
