This leadership role will focus on driving revenue growth, establishing key client relationships, and positioning Hut8 as a leader in the data center industry. This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer. Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for our data center services. Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities with a focus on high-potential clients in the AI sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and negotiations. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a high-performing commercial team to support growth objectives. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategy. ABOUT YOU Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial roles within the data center or related technology sectors. Track Record: Proven success in securing significant commercial agreements and driving revenue growth. Network: Established relationships with key players in the hyperscale and enterprise technology world. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
