Join us in building a brighter, cleaner world.Location This position will be based in our Charlotte, NC office Reporting This position will report to the VP, FP&A Summary of Role  The FP&A Manager is a critical role within the Finance team at Palmetto, supporting the growing Direct-to-Consumer business segment. This individual will own all forecasting & analysis of the P&L and cash flows for the Direct-to-Consumer business segment. They will serve as a business partner with leadership of the Consumer segment and be a key partner for supporting the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer offerings, thinking through pricing, cost of customer acquisition & more. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in a critical future growth area at one of the fastest growing companies in the country! Strategic & Tactical Manage full scope FP&A process for our Direct-to-Consumer business: Annual planning process & monthly re-forecast Monthly review of Actuals vs Plan Cashflow forecasting & analysis Act as a strategic partner to leaders across the Consumer segment, delivering insights that inform decision making, pricing & cost of customer acquisition Build financial models to support forecasting & scenario analysis Partner with the business to evaluate consumer pricing, customer acquisition costs, unit economics, margin improvement opportunities, and growth initiatives Identify and implement process improvements that streamline reporting, increase accuracy, and reduce cycle timelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field 2-5 years FP&A experience, with demonstrated ownership of forecasts, models, and performance reporting Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations Strong business acumen and analytical skills with deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape  Proactively identifies improvement opportunities across systems and processes, and implements solutions and updates them Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills; can present to varying audiences and leaders Comfortable operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.  Equal Employment Opportunity Palmetto embraces diversity and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
