Learn more at diligent.com or follow us on LinkedIn and FacebookPosition Overview:  As the Senior Procurement Coordinator at Diligent, you play a pivotal role ensuring cost-effective purchasing, supplier relationship management, proposal analysis and evaluation, contract review and renewal. This position demands strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, problem solving and strategic thinking to ensure that Diligent operates at the highest level.  Key Responsibilities    Support the procurement lifecycle, including vendor onboarding and management, cross-functional need identification, proposal analysis and evaluation, negotiations, contract review and redlining, and renewal support  Partner and provide guidance to business partners, budget owners and their direct reports surrounding the vendor engagement process  Maintain and enforce business partner compliance with organizational procurement policies   Enable daily operations within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system, Coupa  Support and manage the procurement team through reporting monthly/quarterly analytics  Partner with Finance to provide guidance to departments across the organization on cost and budget control through PO management  Create a culture of cost efficiency, operational excellence, innovation, and simplification  Required Experience/Skills    Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a corporate environment.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and tone across emails, reports, and presentations.
