At Diligent, we’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Galway team and play a key role in keeping our revenue processes running smoothly while supporting our fast-growing global business. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Revenue Operations, helping ensure contracts are processed efficiently, invoices are accurate, and customers have a seamless experience. You’ll also get the chance to participate in exciting projects, including integrating newly acquired companies into our systems—meaning no two days are ever the same! Key Responsibilities: Review Salesforce opportunities and help move them to “Closed Won” Support monthly, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to meet SLAs Invoice customers accurately in line with contracts Ensure cancellations and customer updates are actioned efficiently Maintain accurate data across CRM and financial systems Upload tax certificates to ensure correct calculations on invoices Assist with special projects that improve processes and efficiency Required Experience/Skills: Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership Positive, flexible attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced global environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines What Diligent Offers You  Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
