Senior .NET Developer – Opportunity to lead innovations in large-scale projects. CLT Position - Hybrid model for the city of São Paulo. Key Responsibilities   Design, develop, and implement new features across front-end and back-end systems. Analyze legacy systems and assess integration requirements. Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and DevOps teams. Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers. Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews). Proactively identify and resolve system-wide issues, ensuring performance and scalability.   Requirements   Proven background in large-scale projects, development lifecycles, and Agile methodologies. Experience leading teams and guiding architectural decisions. Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API. Strong Entity Framework knowledge (database design & performance optimization). Front-end development with Angular, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps/Jira. Knowledge of Azure Services (Service Bus, Redis) or similar cloud technologies. Familiarity with UML, Domain Driven Design (DDD), or similar modeling methodologies. Hybrid work model.
