We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer (React & React Native),  to join our team and contribute to building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative remote environment. Remote Position – Strong English Skills Key Responsibilities Lead the development of cross‑platform applications using React and React Native for Vega OS, iOS, Android, and the Web. Build and maintain responsive, high‑performance UIs with strong CSS layout and animation fundamentals. Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and third‑party services. Drive performance improvements (e.g., Google Web Vitals), apply debugging/testing tools, and ensure robust unit testing with Jest. Configure and optimize web builds with Webpack and support monorepo approaches that integrate web and mobile solutions Required Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on JavaScript and front‑end development. Hands‑on expertise with React, React Native, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, and Jest. Proven ability to build responsive web/mobile applications and optimize for performance and user experience. Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder collaboration, requirements clarification, and project estimation. emonstrated leadership and mentoring of development teams; experience supporting onboarding and team growth. Solid understanding of cross‑platform mobile compatibility and associated solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in testing processes.
