Mid Level Fullstack Engineer (.NET) – Opportunity to work on innovative projects in a collaborative environment.CLT POSITION - Hybrid model for the city of São Paulo. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement new features across both front-end and back-end systems. Analyze legacy systems to assess integration and modernization requirements. Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and DevOps teams. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Identify and resolve performance or scalability issues across systems. Requirements: Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API. ORM & Database: Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, database design, and SQL Server optimization. Front-End: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS. Architecture: Microservices, event-driven systems, design patterns (e.g., Saga). DevOps & Cloud: Docker, IIS, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Azure Services (Service Bus, Redis). Modeling & Design: UML, Domain Driven Design (DDD), or similar methodologies. Professional software development experience. Proven experience in large-scale enterprise projects and full development lifecycles. Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience leading technical teams. Demonstrated ability to make architectural and design decisions. Work model: hybrid.
