We are looking for Help Desk English & French, Requirements Fluent in English and French (spoken and written). Experience in contact center or customer service environments. Basic knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Team-oriented and service-minded attitude. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an IT Help Desk or Technical Support role. Knowledge of ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
