You will join a strategic project expanding the capabilities of a web application powered by AI, used by employees across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. 💡 What You Will Do Design user-centered experiences from strategy through implementation. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and QA in an agile environment. Use Figma and our design system to create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. Participate in feedback sessions and user testing. Ensure proper design implementation, not just deliver POCs. 🧠 Your Experience Proven experience in UX/UI design: research, wireframes, visual design, and user testing. Proficiency in collaborative tools: Figma, Mural (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Design Thinking and human-centered design frameworks. Experience with responsive design and developer handoff. Advanced English for global communication.
