We’re looking for an Account Executive for our Emerging Market segment, focused on small and midsize organizations across manufacturing, logistics, energy, and facilities management. This is a full-cycle role with a high-velocity sales motion—ideal for a rep who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage a higher volume of opportunities.   What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB and smaller mid-market accounts (<1500 employees). Handle a high volume of inbound leads while generating your own outbound pipeline through email, phone, social, and events. Run efficient discovery calls, short demos, and fast follow-ups to keep deal cycles tight. Build pipeline in territories where digital transformation is accelerating across LATAM. Quickly qualify prospects, identify needs, and communicate ROI with clarity. Maintain accurate forecasts and keep Salesforce impeccably updated. Improve your craft every day—learn from call reviews, coaching, and data. About You 1–3 years of B2B closing experience (SaaS preferred). Strong outbound prospecting muscle and willingness to grind. Comfortable running many deals in parallel at a fast pace. Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, persuasive. Fluent in Spanish; English required for internal collaboration. Portuguese is a plus. You thrive in high-activity environments and stay organized under pressure. High-energy, coachable, and hungry to exceed goals.
