Job Title CS Logistics Specialist Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Adheres to established guidelines for managing service parts orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. • Assists in preparing and organizing service parts orders by collecting data from internal systems and suppliers. • Handles routine service parts requests, processing orders and updating inventory records under the supervision of senior team members. • Verifies incoming service parts shipments for accuracy and condition, ensuring they meet the requirements outlined in purchase orders. • Supports the team by providing updates on the status of orders, shipments, and inventory levels to ensure timely communication across departments. • Processes returns of unused or defective service parts, following company procedures and keeping accurate records for future reference. • Collects and organizes data on service part usage and stock levels, preparing it for analysis by more senior team members. • Ensures that service parts are properly labeled, stored, and tracked in the system, helping to maintain an accurate and organized inventory. • Organizes basic logistics for service parts distribution, assisting with shipment tracking and delivery coordination to ensure smooth operations. • Responds to simple inquiries from internal teams and vendors, providing basic information about service parts availability and delivery timelines. • Utilizes inventory management software to update stock levels, input orders, and ensure data accuracy in support of daily operations. Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education.
