Its goal is to promote continuous learning, support career growth, and align development initiatives with business objectives. 🎯 Internship Objective Provide support in improving the training processes for operational staff to increase efficiency and reduce training cycle times . 🛠️ Key Activities The intern will participate in key activities such as: Implementing improvements in training tools and processes to increase value-added outcomes. Analyzing training capacity to identify opportunities for improvement. Applying Lean methodologies , including value stream mapping and process reengineering. Optimizing workflows and eliminating bottlenecks. 🎓 Candidate Profile Degree: Industrial Engineering Academic Level: Final year 💡 Desired Knowledge and Skills Data analysis Use of simulation software Excel Critical thinking English proficiency (desirable) 📌 Internship Requirements & Details Active university student in Engineering or related fields Availability for a 6-month full-time, on-site internship (possible extension up to 1 year) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible according to academic responsibilities) Location: Coyol Free Zone, Building B37 Valid student insurance and active enrollment status throughout the internship 📩 Apply now and start your professional journey with Philips!
