Job Title Responsible AI Technical Expert Job Description Job Title: Responsible AI Technical Expert Your Role: Take care of the technical maturity of the RAI Office tooling. Collaborate with our preferred third parties on realizing technical requirements to support and improve our platforms and tools. Work closely together with the other members of the RAI Office to determine and execute the technical strategy for the RAI Office tooling to optimally serve the intended purpose matched to the demands from the Philips stakeholders in the business units & functions. Contribute to developing & promoting good machine learning practices (GMLP) in the organization, and team up – together with other members of the RAI Office - with Business GMLP Ambassadors where needed. Contribute to the data management, dashboarding and tooling development for AI energy consumption measurements across the AI lifecycle. You're the right fit if: Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant academic field, e.g. Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence. 6+ years of experience in designing and deploying secure apps in Microsoft PowerApps/Dataverse with role-based access, approval workflows, and CI/CD (ALM) pipelines. 6+ years of experience in building governance Qlik Sense dashboards with role-based access for data insights. 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow. Deep understanding of the AI lifecycle that inform a vision on risks, capabilities and limitations of AI 6+ years of experience with Good Machine Learning Practices such as data quality & management, risk management, bias measuring and mitigation, and post-deployment monitoring. Experience with green computing principles and optimizing workloads across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments for energy efficiency is an advantage, as is familiarity with measuring the energy consumption and carbon footprint of AI and software systems.
