Responsibilities (junior role): Phone support: 30% invoices30% help with admin30% sales questions10% pedagogical questions First-line email contact -> redirect inquiries to sales, CS, finance, other Work closely with finance, as they don’t speak German and therefore all invoicing-related questions come to us (“mediate” between customers and finance), follow-up on invoices Qualifying inbound leads and generating new sales opportunities through direct sales and referrals Get product/service/UE feedback Outreach/sales wherever possible Admin support where needed Responsibilities (senior role): Independently manage pipeline with focus on DE Whole sales process from lead generation to closing Dealing with all sorts of stakeholders (obvs teachers, headmasters BUT ALSO media advisors, municipality admins, ministry contacts) and managing projects over long periods Preparation for forecast calls, present pipeline! Get market/sales outreach feedback Contribute to sales strategy Qualifications: Very good German ISR/CS background BUT ALSO experience in K12 education– this combination makes for an ideal profile, especially for a senior role, but is hard to find industry knowledge -> Willingness to learn about pedagogical background of products and “how a teacher uses digital learning materials” Act independently and comfortable with ambiguity (processes are always being built and they’re gonna change with product – although it is now a lot better than 18 months ago) Good handling of ChargeBee/HS/finance information (especially for junior role) Proactivity!
