To learn more about Zenoti visit: https://www.zenoti.com    About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at Zenoti. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on defined job criteria. Coordinate interviews by aligning schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Support with communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and job posting activities. Help with creating reports and dashboards for hiring metrics. Required Skills: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
