This role emphasizes AI/ML technical excellence and hands-on development of intelligent systems and applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise-scale agentified platforms, GenAI applications, and APIs using state-of-the-art GenAI technologies. Build intelligent agents for use cases like customer service, appointment optimization, inventory management, marketing automation, data lineage/quality, and observability. Drive AI/ML architectural decisions and define technical standards for AI system development. Create scalable APIs for AI services, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and performance. Optimize AI system cost, latency, and scalability. Research, prototype, and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies for the wellness industry. Mentor engineering teams on AI/ML best practices and agent development. Required Experience & Skills Experience 7+ years in software development with a full-stack engineering background. 2–3+ years in AI/ML engineering, GenAI app development, and multi-agent design. Proven experience in deploying AI/ML models and agent systems at scale. Core AI/ML Expertise Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants API, Semantic Kernel, or custom architectures. GenAI Platforms: OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini. Agent Development: Multi-agent systems, workflow automation, task coordination, Claude Code Agent workflows. Python AI Stack: TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, pandas, numpy. Vector Databases & RAG: Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB. Prompt/Context Engineering: Advanced techniques for optimizing agent behavior and model performance. Cloud Integration: AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Services, .NET/C#, SQL databases. Agent Development & AI Engineering (Critical Skills) Multi-agent systems: coordination, task distribution, and collaboration. Conversational AI: chatbot development, dialogue management, context preservation. RAG systems: retrieval-augmented generation for knowledge-based applications. AI safety & governance: implementing guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI practices. Performance engineering: latency optimization, caching, cost management at scale. AI Development Tools Hands-on with Claude Code Agent, Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools.
