Responsibilities Responsible for mining and analyzing vast amounts of data on NewsBreak to guide and optimize product strategies for the in-house advertising platform. Enhance the relevance, user experience, and delivery effectiveness of online ads through technical means to maximize monetization of traffic. Research issues related to retrieving, ranking, and optimization in digital advertising and design solutions to solve them in practice. Design and optimize various models within the ad system, including but not limited to CTR and CVR models, to better serve advertisers’ performance goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in development, with in-depth knowledge of machine learning technologies (Recommendation System/Advertising Algorithm/NLP/CV), with at least 3 years specifically dedicated to working on advertising systems Proven experience in optimizing ad performance by using mature models and new technologies A strong passion for emerging technologies and a proven track record in analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills are highly valued. Resilience and determination to elevate our business to new heights. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training.
