See more about our culture on https://mistral.ai/careers.What you will doAdmin & HR compliance - Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.- Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees.- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws (specifically France, UK, Germany, Spain).- Maintain employee handbooks.Onboarding- Ensure we are able to onboard our new joiners the best way; any information that is relevant on our HR systems, Office and Managers.- Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates).- Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed.- Manage immigration requests (work permits, renewals, National Security Number request).Payroll- Prepare and process payroll for employees in EMEA.- Provide the needed information on time to our providers and to the Finance team to ensure our employees will be paid on time.- Lead any process optimization initiatives (automation, providers benchmark, etc.).HR project management- Explore, implement, and refine people-related projects, procedures, and best practices that reflect our values and foster a positive company culture.- Process optimization: Continuously improve, document, and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.About youExperience- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.- Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.- Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies.- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.- A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.Profile - Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ...- Hands-on and doer.- Builder mindset.Benefits💰 Competitive cash salary and equity🥕 Food : Daily lunch vouchers🥎 Sport : Monthly contribution to a Gympass subscription 🚴 Transportation : Monthly contribution to a mobility pass🧑‍⚕️ Health : Full health insurance for you and your family🍼 Parental : Generous parental leave policy🌎 Visa sponsorship\n\n
